Clouds are the best source of water; self-strength is the best power, eyes are the best light and cereal (food) is the best desired object.
Since clouds carry the water to the most remote area and they bring water when most needed, they give us the best water, the best is what you need most at the most distressing situation.
Self-strength is the most reliable power, hence best power. Every light is useless if one can’t see or if one has no eyes. Hence the eyes give us the best light. And no being can exist without food, hence food is the most desired object.
