Sutras of Chanakya - 112

कार्यविपत्तौ दोषान् वर्णयन्ति बलिशा:।

It is only fools who start the blaming game when they face any problem in their work.

Instead, they should try to root out the cause of the problem. But fools do exactly the opposite. They start blaming each other which may further compound the trouble.
